Team Training

This area is for our adult Amateur Athletes! Here at Performance QSA we believe that everyone is an athlete at heart and we just have to bring out that “inner athlete”. In order to do that, we “Train Like An Athlete!” Whether you’re 25 or 65, our programs are based on functional movement training and training the body as a whole!


Performance QSA’s Women’s TEAM Training is the quickest, easiest and most fun way to jump start your fitness program, lose pounds and inches fast, make new, supportive friends, and look and feel great in just four short weeks! Bring out your “inner athlete” with our extraordinary group of women!


If you are a competitive athlete serious about playing your sport at the next level (varsity, college, pro) this is the program for you! There is one catch…We don’t accept just anyone into our program. There are only 50 available spots and we are looking for committed, responsible, and reliable athletes to work with.
