Wow! I am truly honored and humbled by being selected as "Bootcamper of the Month"! I thought Jason had the wrong person!! Since I have been coming to QSA (August, 2011), I have been hooked! My oldest son, Reed, gave me a pass to try it out. I thought, yeah right, we'll see how THAT goes! During the first workout, I vomited..After the workout, I was ready to join!! I try not to miss workouts because I feel better no matter what type of day I have had! Not only has me "mental stress" improved, but my body feels so much better!! I have lost 10 pounds and lost 2 dress sizes! I now keep up with my demanding soccer schedule with my sons, as well as 28 kindergartners! Thank you, Jason and Vaughn and the entire QSA team! You are awesome!!

Jason...great article to share. This is as coherent an argument as I've heard in a while for 'what, when and how much' pertaining to workouts and getting the best results. I knew you had knowledge to throw down!
This is a great reminder as why Fat Loss Training #1,#2,#3 are such high priorities..
