Before joining Performance QSA in 2011, Heather was a Team Training Clerk, Project Coordinator, and Operations Analyst for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of SC for 12 years. In these positions, she developed strong organization and analytical skills, including developing and implementing standardized internal procedures, planning corporate events, creating quality control reports, maintaining correspondence letters, and facilitating Web enhancement projects.
Heather is truly passionate about health and fitness. She began teaching aerobics, part-time, for the first time ever as a Health Directions instructor in 2003. She later received her AFAA personal training certificate in 2008. Heather is an encourager and motivator and sincerely cares about helping others. She is a significant asset to Performance QSA and “is grateful to be a part of a team who genuinely cares about changing lives.”
