Jason found his passion in fitness once he discovered his ability to change lives.  He was formerly in the Air Force and brings that motivation to his sessions.  No he doesn’t yell at anyone!  But he empowers them to focus about what’s important in life and helps them reach their goals!

He began with a certification from the International Sports Science Association, and started out as a Certified Fitness Trainer working up to the Training Manager at Jp Fitness in Little Rock, Arkansas (Voted “Top 30 Gyms In The Nation” by Men’s Health Magazine).  At Jp Fitness, he had the opportunity to meet and learn from some of the world’s top fitness professionals.  After deciding to move back home (SC) to be near his family, Jason worked for two years as a Certified Personal Trainer under former Mr. USA.  He is now inspiring people to reach their full potential as a Performance Coach by way of Performance QSA.

Jason’s creativity and eagerness to learn has enabled him to achieve many impressive client transformations and testimonials, Boot Camp Trainer awards, Personal Trainer awards, and has had a weekly column featured in the Anderson Independent newspaper titled BE FIT.  His experience and background have given him the ability to achieve results with thousands of clients from adults looking to get fit and lose body fat, athletes looking to improve performance, kids (6+) with athletic development, senior wellness, and much more.  With Jason’s professional guidance and support, you can achieve the same!
