Naked Tacos

Strip the Carbs, Keep all the flavor!

Ingredients:

2 whole leaves from a head of iceberg lettuce

1 serving of home-made guacamole (avocado, onion, tomato, lime juice) or “wholly-guacamole” brand from Costco.

1 serving, 4 oz., of lean meat (tuna, tilapia, chicken breast, extra lean ground turkey breast)

1 serving of fresh salsa.  I used Pico De Gallo from Costco.

Fiesta Lime Mrs. Dash (No-Salt No-MSG) Seasoning

1 hungry person

 

Preparation:

It’s simple and takes less than 5 minutes if you already have your meat cooked.

Stack your 2 lettuce leaves.  Take your 4 oz. of lean meat and fill your lettuce leaves.

Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime seasoning.

Add in your Pice De Gallo and Guacamole.

Then guess what?

You’re done!  So go ahead and enjoy that delicious naked taco!
