Training Philosophy
It’s All About the Process! Every athlete I have ever trained has heard this motto. It’s not just about taking you through a workout just to say that I took you through a workout for that day. It’s about teaching you each drill or exercise so thoroughly that you understand what we are doing, why we are doing it, and how it applies to you. I do this so you can take what we’ve done that day and expand upon that the next session. I do this so you can work on these concepts at home and improve daily. That process will equal results.
